Our employees help to shape all aspects of their work and working environment to ensure continuous improvement. Across Jigsaw Group we have a range of resources available to ensure all employees know what is happening within the organisation, and more importantly have a voice to provide feedback.
We hold quarterly meetings with employee representatives from all departments and senior managers to discuss a range of topics and provide feedback/answers to any questions/queries.
Representatives from across the organisation attend Equality Street meetings, covering all protected characteristics to help ensure that Jigsaw Group is an inclusive organisation for all – where everyone is valued.
Our Group Chief Executive writes a monthly letter which is sent to all employees. The letter provides up to date information about the business, new starters, new properties and highlights the gratitude and thanks from residents to individual employees – for a job well done.
These surveys help to highlight trends and provide feedback on employee motivation and commitment levels within the company. They provide the Group with invaluable feedback and areas to focus on in the future.
