Repairs Service
As an extension to our ‘emergency plus’ service and undertaking all urgent repairs, from 22 June 2020 we recommenced taking routine repair requests from tenants, making appointments from the end of June to allow time to mobilise. Where it is safe to do so, we are also undertaking external repairs that do not require our technicians to enter the property.
Domestic abuse during the COVID-19 outbreak
Increased tension in the household during self-isolation, coupled with the fact that victims of domestic abuse stay inside with their perpetrators, has led to an increase in cases of domestic abuse. We have pulled together some resources for victims and survivors of domestic abuse during the coronavirus outbreak.
