We recently ran an Adactus500 survey to consult with members about their experience of using Web Chat.  Last year we successfully implemented new contact centre software, activating the Web Chat feature is the next phase of this project. Members were asked to give examples of when they had used web chat services and to rate their experience. We are very happy to report that the Adactus500 Scrutiny exercise on health and safety has been successfully completed. The scrutiny panel, made up of ten residents from across the Adactus Group, met over three meetings between September and December 2017 and produced a set of recommendations for our board members to consider. These recommendations, and the response to them from Adactus management, were presented to the performance, scrutiny and audit committee earlier this month. We recently ran an Adactus500 survey to consult with members around extending our vexatious behaviour policy to deal with unacceptable, unreasonable behaviour from customers towards members of Adactus staff. Members were asked to give examples of both unacceptable (i.e. threatening) and unreasonable (i.e. refusing to co-operate) behaviour to include in the policy and asked for their opinions on certain elements of the proposal. Last week, the Adactus500 scrutiny panel on Health and Safety (concentrating on gas and fire safety) met in Leigh for a final time to finish their scrutiny exercise.
