Estate Walkabouts Feedback – May 2012

The Walkabouts concentrate on things that concern everyone living in the area. They look at issues such as anti social behaviour, vandalism, graffiti, litter, fly tipping, abandoned vehicles, overgrown or neglected communal areas.

Here is the feedback that we received from the latest walkabouts in your neighbourhood:

Lancaster walkabout completed on 16.05.2012
Cypress close- litter pick required
Cypress close- communal fencing needs painting
Caton- new sign required for scheme
Halton- damaged flats at Rowan Bank, reported to repairs

Chorley Walkabout completed on 23.05.2012
Flytipping near Albany court reported to Council
Northgate drive- churned grass verges reported to Grounds Maintenance
A number of unmaintained tenants gardens
3 Please call requests from tenants

Preston Walkabout conducted on 17.05.2012
Finch Lane- overgrown communal land reported to handyman
1 Please call request from tenant

Euxton Walkabout conducted on 16.05.2012
Greenside-  sofits and fascias need painting, reported to planed maintenance
5 Please call request from tenants
