The Walkabouts concentrate on things that concern everyone living in the area. Last night, the very first Adactus500 scrutiny panel met at our Head Office in Leigh to start their scrutiny of tenant safety (fire and gas). Nine tenants came from across the North West to meet together to agree the scope of the scrutiny exercise. There are just 5 days left to bid for a share of £200,000 in grant funding from the Neighbourhood Fund 2013/14. We are looking for residents, community groups and voluntary organisations to submit bids for projects that will benefit people living throughout our communities. Applications for the fund, now in its fourth year, are judged by a panel of residents.
