At Adactus we are celebrating National Apprenticeships Week. Between 6 and 10 March 2017, we will be showcasing some of our apprentices.  We have a dedicated Enterprise & Funding team that coordinates our internal apprenticeship opportunities, work experience placements and graduate trainee programme. Our apprenticeship programmes range from 12 months to four years in length – dependant on the role. Throughout the programme, apprentices enjoy a bespoke development plan – tailored to them and the role.  There are clear milestones, regular feedback …

Chorley Community Housing’s B.I.G (Breathe Investment Grant) has assisted Chorley police with a cash boost to invest in a safer Chorley town centre. The Chorley Police Neighbourhood team have purchased items such as purse bells, security markers and created leaflets to hopefully prevent pick-pocketing, theft and bogus callers etc. to help protect vulnerable people shopping and living in the area. We are very happy to report that the Adactus500 Scrutiny exercise on Planned Maintenance has been successfully completed. The scrutiny panel, made up of eleven residents from across the Adactus Group, met over three meetings between September 2016 and January 2017 and produced a set of recommendations for our board members to consider. These recommendations, and the response to them from Adactus management, were presented to the performance, scrutiny and audit committee earlier this month.
