Adactus is offering to help tenants make their money go further by calling on its residents to make use of its free and confidential money advice service. The association’s trained staff can help people access benefits they may not be claiming, with successful claims for unclaimed benefits running into several thousands of pounds. 15 newly built properties on Parsonage Avenue in Ribchester have made the perfect new homes for local people in the Borough.  ‘Anchor Hill Close’ was completed in June 2016 and all homes have been let to people connected to the area and registered for housing with Ribble Valley Borough Council (RVBC). The board of Adactus Housing Group have accepted notice from existing chief executive Paul Lees of his intention to retire, and have appointed Hilary Roberts as the Group’s new chief executive. Paul will remain as an employee of the Group during the period of his notice and will act in a new capacity as transition director to ensure a smooth transfer of knowledge and responsibilities.
