A scheme to provide brick walls and railings for homes on Liptrott Road in Chorley has been praised by local councillors. The scheme, part of Chorley Community Housing’s £1m makeover of the Chorley Moor estate, replaces existing fencing and walls. This review of anti-social behaviour (ASB) activity reported to Adactus is for all cases for Quarter 2 (July-September 2015). The tenant scrutiny panel into ASB recommended the data are made available on our website. In the period July-September 2015, there were 490 ASB and tenancy fraud incidents reported to Adactus. The most common kinds of nuisance reported were: noise (28%), verbal abuse (8%), garden nuisance (7%) and verbal harassment/intimidation/threats (7%). On Wednesday, the Adactus500 scrutiny panel on callbacks met at our head office in Leigh to continue their scrutiny.
