Lune Valley Rural Housing Association has appointed a new Chair. Hugh Clay, a 50 year old solicitor, lives in Brookhouse near Lancaster. He has been a Board member with Lune Valley since 2006 and takes responsibility for the 77 home organisation following the retirement of his predecessor, Anthony Dalby, who remains on the Board. Tenants of Lune Valley Rural Housing Association have been invited to the Association’s Annual General Meeting. The Association, which owns 77 properties in north Lancashire and North Yorkshire, is holding the meeting on Monday 23rd January at the Victoria Institute, Brookhouse Road, Caton.  The meeting starts at 9.30am. Equality and diversity policies are not just words in a document. Here at South Office in Manchester, staff have gone one step further in removing barriers to participation for tenants with disabilities. Last year’s neighbourhood fund winners in Cheshire were invited to sit on this year’s resident judges panel.
