On Thursday 14 September, The Mayor of Greater Manchester, Andy Burnham and MP for Stretford and Urmston, Kate Green, joined our Group Chief Executive, Hilary Roberts to officially launch Warwick Road South in Trafford, with a celebratory ribbon cutting. On Wednesday 13th September, a new Adactus500 Scrutiny Panel met at our Head Office in Leigh to start their scrutiny of health and safety (focussing on fire and gas safety).  Ten tenants came from across the North West to meet together to share their views and agree the scope of the scrutiny exercise. We are pleased to announce that the Adactus Housing Group has been successful in achieving the Workplace Wellbeing Charter Award for 2017. The Group received its first accreditation in 2015.  Since then, not only have we managed to retain the award but also better our results achieving excellence in six out of the eight levels.
