The Adactus Housing residents of Keeley Close gardening club have done it again.  Only this time they have been recognised by the Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) at the North West in Bloom awards. The Ince parent group – a group of volunteers that supports the centres fundraising activities – applied for Adactus Housing Association’s Neighbourhood Fund for a grant to purchase new play equipment for use at the children’s centre. Adactus awarded the group with a £1200 grant to purchase a variety of play equipment including stickle bricks, dinosaur activity map, road safety sets and giant bugs, which will be used in the centres play sessions. Adactus has awarded Atherton and Leigh Foodbank, which is affiliated with The Trussell Trust, with a £1000 Neighbourhood Fund grant to purchase a laptop, projector and software.
