Our Miles Platting PFI project was awarded GOLD for Best Operational Project at the 2017 Partnerships Awards.  Every year, the prestigious awards help celebrate achievements and best practice in Public Private Partnerships (PPP). Our project stood out particularly for effective partnership working and the quality of the refurbishment work that was completed on budget and ahead of schedule. On Wednesday 26th  April 2017, a new Adactus500 Scrutiny Panel met at our Head Office in Leigh to start their scrutiny of the repair process.  Six tenants came from across the North West to meet together to share their views and agree the scope of the scrutiny exercise. This is the quarterly review of anti-social behavior (ASB) activity reported to Adactus. The tenant scrutiny panel into ASB recommended the data be made available on our website. In the period January to March 2017, there were 433 individuals reported to us that were believed to be causing ASB or tenancy fraud (representing 372 cases as just over a tenth had multiple perpetrators).  The most common kinds of nuisance reported were: noise (27%), verbal harassment / verbal abuse (10%), drugs …
