Last month, the Adactus500 scrutiny panel on Planned Maintenance met in Leigh for a final time to finish their scrutiny exercise. The main purpose of the final meeting was to give scrutiny panel members the opportunity to look in detail at the final report produced by our internal affairs team, consider the recommendations, and add their own recommendations too. Bogus officials are people who come to the door and claim to be from organisations such as utility companies, housing associations or other organisations. Two officers from the Adactus Tenancy Enforcement Team in Manchester were invited to observe a police operation in North Manchester this morning.  Police carried out dawn raids at 15 addresses and arrested 10 people suspected of being involved in the supply of Class A drugs.  The operation was a result of reports about drug dealing from the local community.
