In 2015/16 we received 121 formal* complaints which we investigated as part of our complaints handling procedure. This represented a small increase from the previous year when we received 99 formal complaints. *A formal complaint arises when a customer raises their dissatisfaction with the relevant department and is not satisfied with their attempts to resolve the matter. Six years ago I applied for a role because I wanted to return to work at the age of 43. I managed to secure a position with Adactus on a temp contract, covering maternity leave and I am very pleased to say I am still here.
