I am in my sixth year of employment with Adactus.  I  work as part of a team upgrading central heating systems in properties across the North West.  We work in different tenants’ homes on a daily basis – this can be challenging, but we work quickly and efficiently to minimise any disruption to tenants.  I am proud of the high standard of gas safety we ensure when undertaking our work, and it gives me a great sense of achievement. Saturday 30th July saw the annual summer festival take place in Miles Platting. Based around the library and the surrounding park ‘The Green’, the day was a brilliant success, attracting hundreds of families both from the local estate and further afield. Hosted by Adactus, activities on the day included a variety of inflatables, a rodeo bull, snooker competition, rugby based games, coconut shy, magic show and balloon artist; other attractions included face and nail painting, massages and a tombola. Chorley Community Housing (CCH) have been hard at work planning this year’s ‘Chorley Moor Fun Day’.  The event will take place at: Buttermere Green – Chorley Wednesday 17th August 12:00pm to 4:00pm The event will feature a wide range of FREE activities. This is the quarterly review of anti-social behavior (ASB) activity reported to Adactus. The tenant scrutiny panel into ASB recommended the data are made available on our website. In the period April – June 2016, there were 560 individuals reported to us that were believed to be causing ASB or tenancy fraud (representing 451 cases as around a fifth had multiple perpetrators).  48 of these were not residents of Adactus Housing Group subsidiaries.  The most common kinds of nuisance reported …
