This is the third year that we have published the Tenants’ Annual Reports. They show the ‘big picture’; using articles, photographs, numbers and graphs to illutrate our service improvements for 2011/12, they also highlight our priorities for 2012/13. There are two themes that run through this years annual reports:   1. The refinement of customer services 2.
