We are pleased to announce that Adactus Housing have now allocated all of this year’s BIG fund to local projects and initiatives. This is really exciting news and means that a massive £141,770 has been invested in 89 AHA community projects. This is the quarterly review of anti-social behavior (ASB) activity reported to Adactus. The tenant scrutiny panel into ASB recommended the data are made available on our website. In the period April to June 2017, there were 515 individuals reported to us that were believed to be causing ASB or tenancy fraud (representing 427 cases as just over a tenth had multiple perpetrators).  The most common kinds of nuisance reported were: noise (22%), verbal harassment / verbal abuse (14%), multiple …

We closely monitor the performance of our services that are important to residents – and key to the health of our business. In addition to telling us how well we are doing, this information is used to highlight any improvements (or lack of) that result from service changes.
