This is the quarterly review of anti-social behavior (ASB) activity reported to Adactus. The tenant scrutiny panel into ASB recommended the data are made available on our website. In the period July-September 2016, there were 518 individuals reported to us that were believed to be causing ASB or tenancy fraud (representing 426 cases as around a fifth had multiple perpetrators). In the period April – June 2016, there were 560 individuals reported to us that were believed to be causing ASB or tenancy fraud (representing 451 cases as around a fifth had multiple perpetrators).  48 of these were not residents of Adactus Housing Group subsidiaries.  The most common kinds of nuisance reported …

In the period January-March 2016, there were 302 individuals reported to us that were believed to be causing ASB and tenancy fraud (representing 274 cases as some of these had multiple perpetrator). 45 of these were not residents of Adactus Housing.
