We are very happy to report that the Adactus500 Scrutiny exercise on Universal Credit has been successfully completed. The scrutiny panel, made up of seven residents from across the Adactus Group, met over three meetings between April and July 2016 and produced a set of recommendations for our board members to consider. These recommendations, and the response to them from Adactus management, were presented to the performance, scrutiny and audit committee earlier this month. On Wednesday 14th September 2016, a new Adactus500 Scrutiny Panel met at our Head Office in Leigh to start their scrutiny of planned maintenance.  Nine tenants came from across the North West to meet together to share their views and agree the scope of the scrutiny exercise. Adactus500 members have been able to take part in photo tasks for some time now, but since March things have been hotting up!  We now have 9 photo activities up and running, from sending a snap of favourite budget meals to letting us  see how well communal grounds are being maintained, there really is a lot to get involved in right now. On Wednesday, the Adactus500 scrutiny panel on Universal Credit met in Leigh for a final time to finish their scrutiny exercise. The main purpose of the final meeting was to give scrutiny panel members the opportunity to look in detail at the final report produced by our internal affairs team, consider the recommendations, and add their own recommendations too.
