On Wednesday, the Adactus500 scrutiny panel on DLO productivity (repairs) met at our Head Office in Leigh to continue their scrutiny. The main purpose of the interim meeting was to give scrutiny panel members the opportunity to look in detail at the interim report produced by our internal affairs team, and to challenge the findings. Work continues on Adactus500′s scrutiny of DLO productivity (repairs). Following on from the Scrutiny Panel’s scoping meeting, our Internal Affairs team has been busy gathering evidence to present to the Scrutiny Panel at their next meeting in a couple of weeks. We are very happy to report that the Adactus500 Scrutiny exercise on damp and condensation has been successfully completed. The Scrutiny Panel, made up of eight residents from across the Adactus Group, met over three meetings between May and July and produced a set of recommendations for our Board members to consider. These recommendations, and the response to them from Adactus management, were presented to the Group Audit Committee in August. On Wednesday, a new Adactus500 Scrutiny Panel met at our Head Office in Leigh to start their scrutiny of DLO productivity (the repairs service). Nine tenants came from across the North West to meet together to share their views and agree the scope of the scrutiny exercise. On Wednesday, the Adactus500 scrutiny panel on value for money in lettings met in Leigh for a final time to finish their scrutiny exercise. The main purpose of the final meeting was to give scrutiny panel members the opportunity to look in detail at the final report produced by our internal affairs team, consider the recommendations, and add their own recommendations too.
