We recently ran an Adactus500 consultation on the topic of customer care and what our tenants think is ‘good customer service’.   This was to develop our customer care pledge further and give Connect staff some examples of good customer service for training purposes.    The customer care pledge sets out the standards our customers can expect across our services. On Wednesday, the Adactus500 scrutiny panel on staff retention met at our head office in Leigh to continue their scrutiny. The main purpose of the interim meeting was to give scrutiny panel members the opportunity to look in detail at the interim report produced by our internal affairs team, and to challenge the findings. On Wednesday 15th July 2015, a new Adactus500 Scrutiny Panel met at our Head Office in Leigh to start their scrutiny of staff retention. Eight tenants came from across the North West to meet together to share their views and agree the scope of the scrutiny exercise.
