Last Wednesday, the Adactus500 scrutiny panel on health and safety (with particular focus on fire safety) met at our head office in Leigh to continue their scrutiny.  The main purpose of the interim meeting was to give scrutiny panel members the opportunity to look in detail at the interim report produced by our internal affairs team, and to challenge the findings.  Residents were also given the opportunity to determine which direction the rest of the investigation will go. On Wednesday 13th September, a new Adactus500 Scrutiny Panel met at our Head Office in Leigh to start their scrutiny of health and safety (focussing on fire and gas safety).  Ten tenants came from across the North West to meet together to share their views and agree the scope of the scrutiny exercise. We are very happy to report that the Adactus500 Scrutiny exercise on the repairs process has been successfully completed. The scrutiny panel, made up of eight residents from across the Adactus Group, met over three meetings between April 2017 and July 2017 and produced a set of recommendations for our board members to consider. These recommendations, and the response to them from Adactus management, were presented to the performance, scrutiny and audit committee earlier this month.
