The Welfare Reform Act has now passed through Parliament and is set to completely change the way in which welfare benefits, including Housing Benefit, is paid. More than 100 people packed out St Peter’s Parish Club on Eaves Lane in Chorley for the first Freestyle Urban Soccer FC awards ceremony. The event was held to mark the hard work and enthusiasm of almost forty boys and girls who take part in Freestyle’s three football teams, who participate in the Mid Lancs Colts Junior Football league.
