It gives a short history of the Association and celebrates the completion of a £37m improvement programme, with almost 2,500 homes getting new kitchens and bathrooms. Housing services in Miles Platting are getting better. That’s the message from Manchester City Council tenants after a survey revealed that 9 out of 10 tenants are satisfied with the service they get. The 1,500 homes are managed by the Renaissance Consortium on behalf of Manchester City Council.
