Ann was a tenant of CCH and active in her local residents’ association until ill health prevented her taking an active role. Prior to her retirement, Ann had worked in the probation service. Adactus worked in partnership with The Manchester College to help young people customise their own clothes to create stylish, fashionable outfits. The students used Moston Campus as their base and received expert tuition from tutor Carolyn Roberts.  A Bootle grot spot has been transformed thanks to an innovative community project in the Klondyke regeneration area. Stay and Paint, a project that has been developed in partnership by a local children’s charity group – Ykids, and the lead RSL for the Klondyke area – BReathe+, gave local young people the opportunity to make a positive and creative input into their community through art.
