Adactus Housing Group is working hard to make savings in the services we provide to you. For example, we have established our Customer Contact Centre and centralised our Repairs service. We now want to use some of these savings to set up a ‘Neighbourhood Fund’ to help Adactus and CCH residents make environmental improvements in their area. Adactus has been working closely with Cranswick Residents’ Association in Moss Side to transform the appearance and spirit of Cranswick Square and the surrounding streets. Their work however to turn a piece of rubble strewn, overgrawn land into a communal recreation area is currently hampered by a mystery over who owns it.Efforts to identify the owner of the site have drawn a blank. Manchester Council has no record of who owns the land and the Land Registry says the land is unregistered. Adactus Neighbourhood …

Gas engineers working for Adactus Housing Group member, Chorley Community Housing (CCH) have scored top marks in an independent safety audit of their work. The report – which found that all jobs and accompanying paperwork were completed correctly – follows on from a similar report last year. CCH employs seven gas fitters who carry out all repairs to central heating boilers and gas fires and provide tenants with an annual service of the appliances in their home free of charge. …
