Ann James, chair of Chorley Community Housing, said: “We are spending nearly £10m a year in Chorley on new kitchens and bathrooms. Tenant satisfaction with the improvement programme is approaching 100% and I’m delighted that we’ve reached the halfway mark. It’s a testament to the hard work of the staff involved and to our partners Arcus Consulting and Bullock Construction.”
