Challenging behaviour.Coverage on a successful film production on Anti-Social Behaviour. Adactus commissioned the AMP Project youth group to produce a film on anti-social behaviour and the effect of yobbery in local communities. This film forms part of a series of other DVDs including environmental issues and sexual health. The films will help raise awareness on these issues and will be featured in future events organised by Adactus.

Getting that winning feeling. Coverage of a 60-metre sprint event organised in the streets of Miles Platting to find British athletes for the future.Β More than 30 youngsters took part in this national competition co-ordinated by Manchester CC’s athletics team and supported by Adactus Housing Association and local healthy living programme, Zest.Β For the ones that qualified the final will take place on 19 September outside Manchester Town Hall.

Bootle community spirit blooms. Residents from Klondyke and staff from BReathe+ came together in a successful event to make improvements to Marie Martin Park in Bootle.Β Everyone worked tirelessly on the day to create flower beds, plant trees and shrubs, hang bird feeders and paint murals across walls.
