Demolition has started on a block of 23 sheltered housing flats in Coppull. The flats, at The Willows on Dickens Road, are owned by Chorley Community Housing (CCH).  They have been empty since last summer. Adactus is the first housing association in the country to make a successful start on site claim under the Homes and Communities Agency’s (HCA) Affordable Homes Programme.
