"Working together to make great homes & sustainable communities."
Part of our commitment to tackling anti social behaviour includes using a variety of methods available. As well as have our specialist team we have a range of equipment we can use if necessary to collect evidence in neighbourhoods. We have surveillance cameras that can be installed and sound recording equipment. Where appropriate we can also refer cases to an independent mediation service
Where mediation is not appropriate, we will take other steps including legal action through the courts. This may include verbal and written warnings, Acceptable Behaviour Contracts, Notices of Seeking Possession, Injunctions or Undertakings and Possession Proceedings.
Our anti-social behaviour teams deals with a range of complaints from low level neighbour disputes and noise nuisance to more serious harassment and criminal behaviour.
