Service Improvement Groups
At a Service Improvement Groups (SIGs), residents meet with managers and discuss ways to improve services. At some meetings residents will review performance information, or they may give feedback on new policies or publications. Generally though, residents give feedback on the general state of services and offer suggestions for improvements, perhaps drawing on examples of best practice. Groups typically meet once every three months or as and when needed. Please click here to view our Briefing Note, which gives more information about our SIGs.

We have recently set up a separate Improvement Programme Group which looks specifically at how we can improve the delivery of the Improvement programme.
