Right to Repair

If we don’t do certain small urgent repairs on time, you can tell us to get another contractor instead. This is called the Right to Repair scheme and introduced to make sure that certain small urgent repairs, which might affect your health, safety or security are done quickly and easily. We are required by law to carry out these repairs.
