Improvement programme performance
During Quarter 2 (July - September 2009) 95% of tenants were satisfied overall with the improvement works to their properties.
81% of tenants surveyed advised us that their work was completed on time according to the programme of works.
96% of tenants completing the survey are very satisfied or fairly satisfied with the helpfulness of staff.
90% of tenants are very satisfied or fairly satisfied on how well informed they are about the maintenance works.
Compliments
217 compliments have been received from tenants undergoing the improvement works during Quarter 2 (July - September 2009). Some examples are detailed below:
Mill Lane: All workmen were kind and very polite, they kept noise and dust to a minimum, all works were carried out to an excellent standards and the finished result was excellent. No complaints at all regarding any aspect and I am really pleased.
Woodland View: My new kitchen is super, your workforce were so nice and very helpful, they worked so hard and nothing seemed a problem. Thank you for a lovely kitchen and thanks to everyone who worked (here).
Ryecroft: Pre survey was a cause for concern - in fact I complained, dreaded the works commencing and I need not have. The workers were kindness itself and took the utmost care to me and my belongings. annetter (BLC employee) was a treasure and could not have been kinder to me, all in all very pleased with the works.
