You can pay your rent in the following ways:

  • If you have your rent payment card and debit card handy and wish to make a payment, please click on the link below.  You will be redirected to the All Pay web payments
    processing site by 
    clicking here  (There is no charge for using this facility)

  • If you only have your debit card handy and wish to make a payment, click here to submit your details to a member of staff. 

 

  • Calling the automated payment service on 0844 557 8321.

 

  • By direct debit.  To set up a direct debit contact our Customer Services Team on 01257 244800.  If you do not pay by direct debit at present, switch now and after you've paid your rent by direct debit for 3 months we'll CREDIT YOUR ACCOUNT WITH £30!!!!!

 

  • By swipe card.  We will give you a swipe card when you first become a tenant.  This allows you to pay your rent by cash or cheque at any post office and at selected Payzone outlets.  Click here to find out more.  Make sure you request a receipt when you use your card and keep it as proof of payment.
