Tenants of Chorley Community Housing (CCH) can now check their rent, repairs and personal information on line.

We have updated our website with a link which will allow our tenants to access their personal rent account details. This will allow residents the freedom and flexibility to enquire on their rent account balances, and check or view transactions that they have made at a convenient time to suit their needs any time of the day or night.

Tenants of CCH will also be able to amend personal data about themselves that is not correct, for example telephone numbers and date of birth.

The facility also allows tenants to check their repairs history and see what repairs are outstanding.

CCH tenants who are interested in accessing this service will need to visit the Adactus Housing Group website at www.adactushousing.co.uk/Online-Services and follow the online instructions.
