Are you living in a larger property than you need?  Are you finding it difficult to manage?

In Chorley there is an acute shortage of family housing and we have a number of older residents who are living in homes that may now be too much to cope with.

For those residents who would like to consider a move to a smaller property, we can provide assistance with the move.  This can include:

• arranging for you to view an empty property (with your family) on a 'no commitment' basis
• arranging the removal and paying for your move
• help with meeting other costs (reconnection of cooker, telephone, etc.)
• priority consideration for certain types of property
