As of April 2009 Chorley Community Housing has taken over the estate management of the Lune Valley Rural Housing Association.

The Lune Valley Rural Housing association was founded in 1989 and its business has been the provision and management of affordable good quality housing in rural areas. LVRHA operates in Lancaster Wyre and West Craven Districts which includes properties in Hornby, Forton, Ingleton, Gargrave, St Michaels on Wyre, Silverdale, Pilling, Caton, Great Eccleston, Over Kellet and Halton.
