Neighbourhood Services
As part of our commitment to improve the services provided to tenants in Chorley, we introduced a new Neighbourhood Services team in July 2007. In August 2008 we increased the size of the team from 4 staff to 6.
As of the 4th September 2009, the neighbourhood officers for the Adactus properties in Wigan, Leigh, Chorley, Lancaster, Preston, Sefton, Bootle, Southport and Liverpool also joined the team at CCH.
Our team of neighbourhood officers work with you in your own neighbourhoods and deliver our services where you live. They are your first point of contact with us for everything except reporting repairs and discussing rent. You can ask them for advice or help about anything to do with your conditions of tenancy or your neighbourhood. Their aim is to ensure that you receive an excellent service from us and that we respond to your concerns quickly and effectively. For details of who your neighbourhood officers are, click here
