How we will manage the maintenance of any landscaped area belonging to us to ensure that the area looks tidy.

  • Consult with you on our grounds maintenance standards at scheme/estate level every two years and publish the specification in the newsletters annually.
  • Carry out the quarterly chacks on our contractor to ensure that they keep to the grounds maintenance specifications.
