Chorley Community Housing has garages available for immediate rent in a number of locations throughout the Chorley area.

You will be placed on our waiting list and contacted once a garage in your selected area becomes available.

HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY?

There are two different rent bands for garages

CCH Tenants - £8.53
Private Rent -  £8.53 + £1.28 VAT

Please note: These rates vary because CCH housing tenants are exempt from VAT
