  • Carry out quarterly estate inspections and advertise the dates of these so you can attend or tell us things you wish us to look at and report the outcomes of these inspections to you.
  • Carry out monthly schmeme/block inspections and advertise the dates of these so you can attend or tell us things you wish us to look at and report the outcomes of these inspections to you.
  • Make safe and secure any abandoned property within 1 working day of this being reported.
