Access and Customer Care Service Improvement Group


The main aim of the Access and Customer Care Service Improvement Group is to provide a resident response to all key issues relating to access and customer care provision at Chorley Community Housing. We want our residents to help shape this service and make recommendations for improvements.  Residents will agree standards for good practice, monitor performance information and assist in policy and procedure reviews. There are currently eight resident members of this group and the group is lead by our Customer Services Manager, Ceri Walker. Meetings are held as and when needed, but approximately five times a year.
